How to pay your invoices

Cash and Interac (Debit/MC/VISA)

You can pay Cash or Interac directly at our offices during opening hours. Check our contact page for address and hours. Never send cash through the mail, this is not secure!

Checks/Money Orders

When receiving your invoice, detach (cut off) the bottom part of the invoice (under the dotted line) and send us your payment along with the payment slip in the return envelope provided. Remember to add a stamp to the envelope, the postage is not payed by VIF.

Accepted payment method by mail:

  • Personal Checks
  • Certified Checks
  • Canadian Postal Money Order
  • Western Union International Money Order

Always do your payment to the name of VIF Internet. Also write your account name on the check/order in order for us to be able to always retract to which account your payment belongs to.

Payments must be received in full during the month where the invoice was received, so make sure you send it at least 7 days before the last day of the month.

Please note that if you send us a personal check and it bounces, VIF Internet reserves the right to add a $10 service charge for NFS check. This is in addition to any fees your bank might charge you for the NFS.

Pre-Authorized Payment:

In order for us to be able to take money directly off your bank account, you must send us a VOID Check with your current statement and your current payment or simply fax us the void check which will be must faster. (Fax number is: 1-514-353-2223).

NOTE: Since this is an automatic transaction, no more invoices will be sent. You must go online to download your invoices.

Pre-authorized payments are taken between the 6th to the 9th of the month, so if we receive your void check before this date, we will automatically take payment that same month. If we receive it on or after the 7th, the payment will be taken on the following month, for the current and next months.

NOTE: If the amount for withdrawal is not in your account by the 6th of the month, VIF Internet reserves the right to add a $10 service charge for NFS check. This is in addition to any fees your bank might charge you for the NFS.

Credit Cards

Credit Cards are the prefered method of payment, as the payment is immediate, and there are no fees if the payment does not pass. Credit card payments are taken automatically each month in your account, unless otherwise specified.

Accepted cards:

  • Visa
  • International Visa
  • Master Card
  • American Express (Telephone Transactions Only)

Not Accepted:

  • Discovery
  • Any other card not mentionned here

If you wish to start using Credit Card payments, either call us to add the number on your account, or include the number on your invoice’s payment slip, which you can then detach and send to us. If you wish to still receive an invoice each month, you will need to check the “Do not use this card for automatic withdrawals” checkmark. You will, however, need to re-write your credit card information on every invoice.

NOTE: If you choose an automatic transaction, no more invoices will be sent to you. You must go online to download your invoices.
