Additional Notes

Due to recent demands of teleworking and majority of users being quarantined, bandwidth usages has increased in household areas and therefore causing a network wide slowdown that is beyond of our control. We are currently trying to help stabilize the issues as much as possible to help majority of users be able to continue using their services.
