VoIP Account

Please take note, our VoIP Account page uses an old TLS 1.0 encryption which has now been deprecated by all updated web browsers. However there are still 2 browsers that will work but require some little modifications in your computer.

Firefox

  1. Enter about:config on the address bar
  2. Search for security.tls.version
  3. Double click on security.tls.version.enable-deprecated to change to true
  4. Double click on security.tls.version.max and enter 3
  5. Double click on security.tls.version.max and enter 1
  6. You can now enter the website by entering https://bill2.vif.com:8445


Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on Windows logo on the bottom or the Magnifying Glass and search for Internet Options and open it.
  2. Once Opened click on the Advanced Tab
  3. Scroll down and search for Use TLS 1.0 and Use TLS 1.1 and make sure there is a checkmark next to it
  4. Click OK


  1. Now open Microsoft Edge and click on the 3 dots on the top right and click on Settings
  2. Choose Default Browser on the left.
  3. Change from Default to Allow for Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)
  4. Click on Restart to restart Microsoft Edge


  1. Now open Microsoft Edge and click on the 3 dots on the top right and click on Settings.
  2. Next click on Appearance
  3. Scroll down and look for Internet Explorer (IE mode) button and make sure its enabled


  1. Finally enter our site https://bill2.vif.com:8445 on the address bar
  2. Click on the blue E on the top right
  3. Once it reloads make sure you enable the option Compatibility View
  4. Next enable the option Open this page in Internet explorer mode next time and click Done.
