   5. Name: Name for display
   6. Register Expiration: 600
   7. Preferred DTMF method: Put all of them to RFC2833
   8. Send Hook Flash Event: Yes
   9. Dial Plan: { *xx | [34589]11 | [2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx | 1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx | 011x+ }
   10. UPDATE then reboot
